1. Why is my indicator not showing up?

  • Ensure you have provided the correct username. Verify it (paste the username you provided while you were checking out, which can be found on your invoice).

2. Why is there a red lock next to my indicator?

  • A red lock indicates the indicator is locked, possibly due to an incorrect username or lack of purchase. Verify and correct your username if necessary.

3. How do I unlock the indicator?

  • After verifying your username, the indicator should display a green lock, indicating it is unlocked. Click on it to load.

4. Why can't I load the indicator?

  • You might have exceeded your TradingView subscription limit for simultaneously loaded indicators. Try removing some indicators from your chart to free up space.

5. How do I access the indicator settings?

  • Click on the gear (⚙️) icon next to the indicator name in the chart legend to open the settings menu.

6. What does the "Study Not Auth" error mean?

  • This usually indicates an authorization issue, often due to incorrect usernames or temporary connection issues. Refresh your chart or verify that your username is correctly entered as per your invoice. If the issue persists, please contact support.

7. What does the "Internal Server Study Error" mean?

  • This error usually means there is a temporary issue with TradingView’s servers. Try reloading the page or waiting a few minutes before trying again.

8. Why I am asked to pay after loading the indicator?

  • If TradingView prompts you to pay, it typically means your chart has reached the maximum number of indicators allowed by your TradingView subscription. Removing unnecessary indicators usually resolves this issue.

9. Does the indicator repaint?

  • No, the indicator does not repaint. However, indicator values may fluctuate during the formation of the current bar, which is completely normal and common. This occurs because the indicator continuously recalculates based on real-time price movements until the bar officially closes. Once closed, the indicator value is locked and never changes again

10. How do I update the indicator to the latest version?

  • If there's an update, you will be notified via email (if you boosted the script). Then, load the indicator again from invite-only scripts to get the latest version.

11. How do I reset the indicator settings to default?

  • Open the settings menu by clicking the gear (⚙️) icon next to the indicator name and look for a "Reset to Default" button.

12. Why are my alerts not working?

  • Ensure you have set up alerts correctly by following the guide in the documentation. Check your TradingView plan, as alert limits may vary.
