1. Why is my indicator not showing up?
Ensure you have provided the correct username. Verify it here (paste the username you provided while you were checking out, which can be found on your invoice).
2. Why is there a red lock next to my indicator?
A red lock indicates the indicator is locked, possibly due to an incorrect username or lack of purchase. Verify and correct your username if necessary.
3. How do I unlock the indicator?
After verifying your username, the indicator should display a green lock, indicating it is unlocked. Click on it to load.
4. Why can't I load the indicator?
You may have exceeded the maximum number of indicators allowed by your TradingView plan. Remove some currently loaded indicators to free up space.
5. How do I access the indicator settings?
Click on the gear (⚙️) icon next to the indicator name in the chart legend to open the settings menu.
6. What does the "Study Not Auth" error mean?
This error typically indicates an authorization issue. Refreshing the chart often fixes this problem. Ensure you have the correct access permissions and that your username is correctly entered.
7. What does the "Internal Server Study Error" mean?
This error usually means there is a temporary issue with TradingView’s servers. Try reloading the page or waiting a few minutes before trying again.
8. Why I am asked to pay after loading the indicator?
If TradingView prompts for payment, you may have exceeded the maximum number of indicators allowed on your chart. Remove some indicators to resolve this issue.
9. Does the indicator repaint?
The indicator does not repaint once the bar is closed.
10. How do I update the indicator to the latest version?
If there's an update, you will be notified via email (if you boosted the script). Then load the indicator again from invite-only scripts to get latest version.
11. How do I reset the indicator settings to default?
Open the settings menu by clicking the gear (⚙️) icon next to the indicator name and look for a "Reset to Default" button.
